Sounds like a good time to make a donation to the ACLU. They didn't even let the ink dry on Bush's signature before they filed the suit to try to get the new FISA law struck down as unconstitutional. Which it is.
Since my call to Sen. Feinstein didn't work to get her to vote the right way, I'll be visiting her office in person tomorrow to register my displeasure.
